Hope Nail & Spa

I’ve been going to Hope and Sam for about 15 years and always enjoy my visits! They do beautiful work, super nice people and make you feel at home. Highly recommend them to everyone I know!

My daughter went to Hope two days before giving birth. She went in to get her nails polished for the hospital. They did a horrible job on her fingernails and she was scared to say anything so I called the salon and said she was upset with the service and condition of the nail polish. They told me she just doesn’t like the color. The job was clearly horrible. Then she said “I told her it would look awful because she didn’t get a manicure “ I asked them to refund her money and they said they already worked too long on her. I asked if I needed to come over there to help her and finally they refunded the fingernail portion and removed the gel polish. They were rude and unkind and when she left, they shouted “sorry you didn’t like the color! “ I am attaching photos of the job at Hopes and also

I started going to hope and Sam over 15 years ago. They are not only the sweetest people you will ever meet but they treat all of their customers like family. My nails always look incredible and the gel lasts for 2 weeks without chipping. I would highly recommend them to anyone without question!
