Hope Nail Salon

This salon has completely and totally gone downhill. I asked for an acrylic set with the coffin shape, and this is what I received. My nails were not remotely in the shape that I wanted at all, and they were completely uneven. The polish wasn’t even applied nicely. I would not go here to get my nails done, just a pedicure.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! Hanna is terrible. I am a returning customer and was ok with basic manicure and pedicure services. Hanna ruined my eyebrows after I politely asked her to be careful with my thumb nail as I was afraid it would crack, she disregarded my concern and she cracked my nail with the grinder. she then did my eyebrows. She took almost all of my eyebrow off and gave me two different shapes. I asked for the salon manager who apologized and tried to fix it and then said she won’t charge me, like I would even pay for What Hanna did to my brows. I am never coming back again. You have permanently lost my business and word of mouth will be how terrible the service was.

So today I did a random call looking for a nail shop..... Hope nails was able to make us an appointment today for two people once we got there they were very welcoming.... They're very down the earth and they definitely definitely do a great job at what they do I'm so happy with my nails they won't be seeing me again me and my friend have chose this to be our new nail salon and I cannot wait to come back....... Five Star Plus in my eyes I would recommend Hope Nails anyone looking for a good nail salon to go to.....very friendly and very down to earth and when you do go there don't forget to say hi to Mia!!!!

First off... let me say that I did like coming here. But since when is a wax $25.00??? I love pets just let me say this... as a pet lover - whoever this new person is trying to run the show... you need to keep your dog at home. Animals DO NOT BELONG NEAR CHEMICALS!!!

Brought my 3 year old here for her first manicure and had an amazing time! The guys were so good with her- making her laugh, helping her sit up in the chair & so much more to make her feel special! They took their time with her and her nails look soo cute! Sparkly purple! Can’t wait to go back
