I absolutely loved my day here! I enjoyed a deep tissue massage by my massage therapist Chelsey. She was very thorough and very professional. Paid close attention to problem areas. The atmosphere of the place is serene and relaxing. The cold plunge and sauna was a great combination!!!! Very refreshing. I would definitely recommend. The place was clean and prices were affordable.

The Care and expertise that Chelsey worked through was amazing. She really cares about holistic health, and will work with you to help with pain reduction. If I could get more than five stars, I would.

I injured my lower back swinging a golf club, and the pain was so severe that I went to the emergency room for care. Thankfully, the doctor identified the source of the pain and suggested consulting a licensed massage therapist who was also skilled in cupping. Darrian was the perfect fit! She listened to my concerns and worked on the correct spot with care and accuracy. Before my appointment, I could not bend over or walk around my house without using the assistance of a walker. This morning, I was able to get out of bed without having to pause and catch my breath from the sharp pain. The reduction of pain in less than 24 hours is nothing short of a miracle. I have another appointment scheduled for tomorrow, and I can't wait to see how much more healing will happen! Thank you, Darrian! You
