I want to recognize Victoria LaCafta, a massage therapist. I had several weeks of hip pain and had found little-to-no relief from various remedies. After explaining what was wrong to Victoria, she tried a few massage therapy exercises, and I was significantly improved. I continue to see her regularly. Vicky is very knowledgeable about her craft and is definitely worth a visit.

Such a cute spot. Love the little shop area. They sell little soaps, jewelry, some Inis spa products, eco upcycled items, pottery and more at great prices. My daughter sees Olivia for hair and loves her. She is great with my daughter and does an amazing job with her hair Everytime.

Business owner Hope was so incredibly friendly, like I had just walked into my own home and my friends were waiting for me to make me smile, that is how welcoming this environment was. Stylist Amy was incredibly sweet AND talented, and did an absolutely amazing job on my hair. Hope and Wellness is a place of professionalism, passion for what they do, and all the while making you feel like you are family, from the first time you walk through the door.
