Run from this company’s products. I spend over $20,000 on their products. Should have done more research. They start a line of me too GA products but could not complete. They had to hire aspen to finish. They bought other products and slapped a label on it. So much for old King quality. In the end, the EOF my product after two years. I tried to get compensated but they basically offered me a replacement at no discount. In the end I walk away eating $20,000+. It was a real cluster. They claimed it was aspens fault but it turned out they would not pay aspen for the SW changes so they just gave up. While I’m an owner of GARMIN. I don’t think they are as good as older avionics. Being an electrical engineer. Older system were designed with the user in mind. Garmin relies on eye candy, cool look

Bianca, Tiara, Ruth and Mike should be awarded for the extended stay. This staff was just awesome to compliment my stay. Nothing was out reach when they were on clock.

Not great. It certainly has it's share of issues, like anywhere, the frustration is 99% of the issues are avoidable. An ounce of prevention...
