Honey eyelash

Scheduled to get my eyelashes done for my friends birthday. Appointment was at 9:45. I live half an hour away and got stuck in heavy traffic even though I left early. I got there around 9:52, which I understand isn’t on time. Even though it was only 7 minutes, they texted me saying if I still want my appointment, it’ll be $45 extra. I was already there! Most places have a 10-15 minute grace period, which is why I didn’t text or call while I was driving. They also didn’t call. It’s insane they were demanding $45 for being only 7 minutes late. I decided to not go and ended up booking somewhere much better. The audacity and greed of this place is truly something else!

Krysty saved my lash nightmare!!! I went to a place previous to this recommended by a friend that I should have not followed through with given obvious red flags. My lashes were all glued together and the inner corner pieces had ripped out my lashes. As you can see in the photo Krysty did an amazing job camouflaging the missing lashes!! This place is professional and clean and they clearly know what they are doing. Thank you so much!!
