Honey’s Cosmetic in Jamaica provides excellent service. The staff are always attentive, professional, and deliver outstanding customer care. The salon is consistently clean and welcoming, and the team works efficiently to ensure clients are served promptly. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to consider hiring a receptionist. Since the staff often have to stop what they’re doing to open and close the door, answer questions, or assist walk-ins—especially when someone is out to lunch or working solo—it can become time-consuming. Having a dedicated receptionist would greatly improve time management and allow the team to focus more on providing their top-notch services.

Hello I come all the time and the staff is amazing but today I arrived on Sunday around 2 pm just to see the shop is closed . But online it says open until 5 . This isn’t my first time coming on a Sunday so I’m a bit surprised but more upset I traveled far to see it’s closed but says open online . Things happen but it would be nice to update the site when in fact you will not be open .

During my recent visit the staff Skye was very attentive and knowledgeable. She offered different options and helped me tremendously as I am very indecisive. I’ll definitely be returning soon. I got the Red Carpet Makeover which is a full face and includes lashes. I highly recommend getting that service.

I went and got my lashes and eyebrows done on a Friday ,Including tip I paid 60 by Saturday my eyebrows were on my pillow and by Monday so was my lashes. I went into the store Saturday to get my eyebrows fixed and they were nice enough to fix them but by Monday everything was off again. I spoke with a manager on Tuesday who told me she couldn’t fix my lashes because of their policy. If lashes are supposed to last a week at least then shouldn’t they be responsible for anything less than that smh just a waste of money and time!
