Honey Cosmetics Bronx

Went to get my lashes done today at about 6:15 because there were people waiting earlier so I went to do something else to come back. They two techs finished and I was the only one waiting. Why one tech runs to the bathroom and the other one is cleaning up and not one of them said give me a sec I'll be with you. I'm sitting no acknowledgement so I walked out !! Very bad customer service !! If it's my first time they should make a good impression !! Hell no they didn't !! Had me just waiting. I said I'll be back tomorrow but they will never see me again or get my money !!! PERIODT !!!✌️🖕🖕🖕

I had great expectations of this Bronx location because I have received so many great reviews about it. However, this location is ghetto. I felt like I was in a after hours spot. Music loud, profanity, unprofessional, and unorganized. I will not be returning to this location again. Only thing they have correct is the COVID-19 guidelines minus the fact that no one took my temperature. Thumbs down!!

I live in the Bronx and it really sucks that I always have to travel to Brooklyn. Everytime I show up to get my lashes or make up done doors close at 5:30pm or even earlier than that. It's worst if you call because all they do is lie. So that they don't have to deal with any more customers. How can you have 7:00 pm the store closes but you're close the door at 5:30 pm? I'm sorry but this is really bad for business. I can never get service done ever at this location. Even the hospitality sucks need a lot of improvement in this location.
