Always a very good experience when I am having a service done there. I have a lash extension fill-in done there every 2-3 weeks. I have not had any major problems with my fill-in. However, a few times I had an issue. I called and explained what the issue was. I had a scheduled appointment the next day free of charge for repair. I recommend highly.
