Nice enough! Very convenient place and it accepts PPO. They can be a little pushy about the tips though haha... but besides that definitely worth a try. Despite all that I give it 4.5 stars

I have received two massages here over the past 6 months, and both have been incredibly helpful, healing, and mind opening experiences. Serena really knows the musculature of the body's facial tendon makeup. She immediately identified a knot in my upper back which I had been suffering from for over 2 weeks. Incredibly, she worked it into oblivion through from my neck all the way down to my ankle. Absolutely masterful. This was a life first for me. I encourage my American friends to realize that there are cultures where the work is valued more than the effort to get to it, and it is expected that the seeker of the service will accommodate its workers, just as the workers accommodate the seeker. The reason for people's negative comments maybe attributable to a difference in culture, because

I just called and asked if I could come in at 2:30 or 3 pm for a one hour massage. The lady at the desk said she needs a specific time. I then said which is better for you - 2:30 or 3 pm? She needs a specific time. Hearbreaking how businesses have employees pick up the phone without teaching them how to schedule appointment. Teach your employees how to facilitate the scheduling of appointments.

They force you to give more tip. Technically, california law you can give 15-20% tip base on your bill. I get it, you do your best to give your customers the best massage but at the same time you can't force them to give more tip of what they can afford. You don't know their situation, what if they just want to relax and use the little bit of money that they have. So next time, don't force your customers to give more unless the tip is very unreasonable. The bill was 62 bucks and the tip that we gave you was 12 dollars and thats between the range of 15-20% range. I don't recommend this place at all.

it was okay the girl that gave me she took over 10 minutes of my time warming towels and the oil that they use on you is just regular Kirkland coconut oil from Costco and I ordered a full body massage which was okay but when it came time to do the feet she didn't do my feet she kind of like played around with them and then patted them and was like okay you're done I tipped her and I'm not sure if I'm going to go back there or not but it was okay.
