I was treated very well!! The guy who did my nails and pedicure did great. He does a great job on my massage of the legs. It’s so relaxing. Thanks for all of your service to me. I really appreciate you doing it for me.

Went to have nails filled, shortened & new color/design. Whole process took 50min, which impressive considering the design I wanted had several dif colors & numerous small details. Tech did great, listened well, nails look fantastic, just like last time(this is my 2nd time here). Aside from the nail new growth, my nails actually still looked amazing from the 1st time though. No chips, no color fading, and all nails still firmly in place. Hopefully this one does just as well!

They do great nails truthfully. Where they are weak is customer service. Reserve 2+ hours because they do not honor appointments, do not honor first come first serve and the last time I was there the tech left my nails soaking in acetone for almost an hour. Meanwhile one tech sat in the front desk avoiding eye contact with customers standing in line to be helped, did not answer the ringing phone and made no attempt to help me. I walked out with gooey/sticky incomplete nails and I never went back. I will spend my time and money where I am valued as a customer.
