Hollywood Nails Spa

It was unbelievable have unprofessional this man was. I came in 2 hours prior and he told me he could do my nails at 4pm. I get here at 3:58 and he takes a walk in that got there 1 min before me. He turns and tells me he does not take appointments. One lady was there from when I came by to make my appointment and spoke out for me. I run 2 businesses and I would never treat my customers like he did. For some that is looking for longevity in a tech is a fairytale. After having the same hair stylist for 30 years I guess the idea of having that again will never happen again!

Great people very friendly family environment. I hate the Way some Of their clients, tried to talk them down on price and talk to them. They are good people and don’t deserve that!

I went there earlier today and had my nails done by Kevin. Not only did he cut my finger but did not apologize it. I decided to give them a chance, because All the workers there are former workers of Happy Nails. Kevin was fired for horrible service and always asking to borrow money. The other lady that works there was also fire along with her husband for always making trouble and drama. They also had horrible customer service and did not like to clean too. Don’t go here they are dirty. Happy Nails since they got rid of them. Have been a whole lot better with great customer service Liem and his employees are the best.

WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!! I left with 3 bleeding fingers due to the workers carelessness. I am new to the Smithfield area and wanted to give this place a try. This place overcharges (charged me $55 for a basic white set no designs when most places only charge $40). My nails looked rushed which they shouldn’t have been considering i was the only one in the shop. I would have sat and debated with him about the poor service but i was already late for work. The ONLY good thing i got out of this experience is he did a pretty good job on my eyebrow waxing. I have NEVER left a nail salon bleeding with sore hands. I couldn’t put hand sanitizer on all day. I understand why its so busy and people don’t mind the wait at Simply Nails. I am definitely going there next time. As soon as I figur

He completely tore up my nails. Had to go to the dr to get an antibiotic. It has been swollen and bleeding for a few days. Do not go here. The owner did this. And as I was sitting there, he offered to trade several girls for nail services. I wonder what’s going on there.
