Cuts real bad and my thumb Isn’t on my real nails and my thumb got infected!! Don’t go there it’s worth the time or money!! She throw my card around the nail salon and was really rude she also cut my toes! And she didn’t ask what shape of nails I wanted and bleeding i wouldn’t give one star if I didn’t have to put any

I'm sorry. I hate giving such a bad review when the guy doing my nails was so nice.. I did a mani and pedi (gel) and wished I had gone somewhere else. The towels used smelled sour and worse mani ever. I realized after I left and got in better light when a nail caught on something that I had clumps everywhere. My nails were uneven, and a few ragged. I had a few cuts on my fingers, one on my toe. Parts of my nails were bare, clumped, and some areas noticeable darker. My nails look awful, so I will have to go somewhere else to have it redone. My husband told me I needed to post a review to help other people. I wish I had done my research. I'm worried that it's going to really tear up my nails having to go get them fixed, and they look like they may be damaged under the polish. I'm not sure w

If I could give no stars, I would. I had an appointment for a full set at 6 PM and didn't leave until 7:45 PM. My nail tech did two separate waxes in between my nails, refused to fix the shaping, left a hair I told her about in my nail and continued to cover it every time I mentioned it, but it was still visible. They could not pull off a simple French tip, all my nails are different sizes and shapes along with the paint. They refused to fix the paint and told me they were closed.

I got a gift certificate here for Mother’s Day so I went today to get my nails and toes done. I asked for a full set short round natural looking nails and all of my nails are different shapes and very bumpy. I’m usually not one to complain but for this being 92 all together and looking like this is ridiculous. First time here, was greeted and immediately sat down. I am really picky on my nails/pedis but I gave them a chance because I didn’t want to waste my whole Saturday waiting to be seen somewhere else. I chose the deluxe pedicure and Tina done it, the best leg/foot massage I’ve had. She took her time, and done amazing! Pedi 10/10! I then got my nails done- Acrylic with Gel Tina also done my nails and they look amazing again 10/10 recommend!
