First and last time!! Never again!! My toes omg 😆my nails too🫣 . Whenever it’s great service I don’t mind giving a $20 dollar tip.. not today!!

Went to Hollywood nails and got my nails done June 8th by Jenny and not sure who did my French toes but they both did an amazing job on both nails and toes ! I’ve bumped and hit everything and still no nail or toe came off ! There still all on and it’s July 22nd whenever these start looking bad I will be back for fill in 😍😍😍😍! ( THE LAST 3 is how they look now still perfect !🤩)

Today was my first time going to this nail salon. I was real excited 😆 so I walked in around 11:45am and I didn’t leave until 1:15pm 🤯 okay here’s how it started. As I walked in I was greeted pleasantly and I sit down, told the tech what I wanted and he just did what he wanted basically but here goes the mess 😩 tech was very nice and sweet, kept a conversation so I was very in tune so that was a plus and he stated he knew what he was doing but yeah I guess not. He was still a sweet person though but Anywho I showed him the picture three times and this was the end result. Didn’t make a big fuss at the time cause I’m a bus driver so I was late getting back to get my students so it was gone make me even later if I stayed 🥹 I DO NOT LIKE MY NAILS AND I AM VERY UNHAPPY about them and I wasn’

Honestly this was not such a good experience. I never would go there again. Let’s start of with my manicure. First I was just glue some nails . They didn’t even take the dead skin around my nails and prep them before getting my full set , for that I could of done them myself. I mean I have all my dead skin still . After they painted them and all that they just said wash your hands and go pay. Like I didn’t even get lotion applied to my hands or ask if I like them or anything. This is my first time getting them done in NC and I can’t believe how they just take people and take them out without asking anything or doing anything to the nails. I mean I am not no expert but I have gotten my nails done many time to know the process. Let me not get started with my toes basically the same thing ex

I was getting a full set on my nails and everything was going good until the guy decided to take his lunch break in the middle of him doing my nails. I waited about 20 minutes with half of my nails done. Finally a lady comes over after about 25 minutes and finishes my nails. They wanted me to pay full price but I told them for the inconvenience of me having to wait I would only give them $45. On top of me waiting they said my nails were finished but the polish looks messy. I was told not to come back but baby you ain’t gotta tell me twice
