I have gotten my nails done here for years never once does my nail guy fail me. These have been my sets the past two times I’ve gone and I loved them both😍

I just got finger nail polish put on yesterday, and it is chipped by today! The young lady was very nice, but I do not like the pedicure she gave me either. She left my toenails lumpy. The problem is I am from out of town and cannot go back for them to fix it. I also noticed that other clients would ask for a particular color only to be told they did not have it. This happened several times.

I've gotten an okay pedicure here previously, but have twice now been disappointed by my full set. I asked for black nails with a blue tip and the girl said that she didn't think it wouldn't look good ‍ so I just did all black and was satisfied, but today when I asked for a black nail with a blue tip, the man suggested silver would look better, and I said okay ‍ but I asked for almond shaped and he goes "coffin" and I said okay, I guess, but they didn't end up coffin, they're square and they're clumpy and gross. My mother and sister got a pedicure today and neither of them received the color they asked for either.

Quite possibly the worst salon in Las Cruces. The mani-pedi was not gentle and I left paying $70 for uneven polish, weird bumpy texture on my nails from the polish, and polish left on my skin. I have no idea how they get return customers. The pictures attached were taken right after she said I was done. The place was also really dirty. I overlooked it because I really wanted to get a pedicure, but in hindsight I do wonder why I stayed.

I went in asked for a mani and pedi they were able to get me in right away, but I think they used trainees on me 1 person did my pedi, but 3 people did my mani. And I don't mind helping people learn but at least tell me, and take a little off the bill, as you can see the lines on my French tip is a little janky. I probably won't go back personally.
