My mom and I went to the shop today. 02/21/26. The owner did my mom‘s nails and she’s been going here for a couple months now. Me personally I don’t like their work so I don’t go, but my mom loves their work. My mom recently had a stroke and it affected her right fingers. THE OWNER when it’s time for us to pay, made us pay extra saying how he worked hard. (As if he shouldn’t work hard) and when I tried to ask him about the prices, he was getting loud and acting like we didn’t wanna pay mind you WE ALREADY PAID. I was just trying to get an understanding of the price. He is very unprofessional. It’s very ghetto in there with boxes everywhere! and it’s very unsanitary. We are never going again because my mom walked out of there in tears because he didn’t make it seem like doing her nails was

I was serviced by Crystal, she’s a 10/10. Great customer service, very kind and welcoming. Asked questions to make sure my nails were to my liking before setting anything in stone. Highly recommend!

I WAS TOLD APPARENTLY ONLY SOME APPOINTMENTS ARE GOOD APPOINTMENTS (WHATEVER THAT MEANS)! AFTER SHE CONTACTED ME TO EVEN GET APPOINTMENTS. CRYSTAL WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXPECT YOU TO WAIT 1HR AND HALF TO 2 HRS WHILE THEY TRIPPLE BOOK APPOINTMENTS! HAD APPOINTMENT AT 11, I WAS TOLD TO GO HANDLE BUSINESS ONCE I GOT THERE (LIKE WHAT) WE WERE TEXTING SO SHE COULD HAVE JUST TEXTED ME THAT SHE RUNNING BEHIND INSTEAD OF LETTING ME COME UP THERE. BECAUSE SHE WAS STILL DOING A SET OF NAILS AND HAD A PEDI TO STILL DO AND I LET HER KNOW, I HAD TO BE AT WORK AT 2, HER RESPONSE WAS "ILL HAVE YOU DONE WAAYY BEFORE 2" AND THEN NEVER HEARD FROM HER AGAIN AFTER SHE SENT ME A WEIRD TEXT. LIKE WAS BOTHERING HER, I GUESS SHE EXPECTED ME TO SIT THERE IN THE SALON AND WAIT! HER WORK IS SO MID THERE ANYWAY L

I went there one time and they had 3 different people work on my nails. One of them also made my finger bleed twice and laughed about it. Another person was on their phone the entire time instead of doing my nails. Lastly, I asked multiple times if they could go shorter and I was simply ignored. Will not be coming here again.

i wouldn't go here the lady is very much not professional. it isn’t very clean as for when you get pedicures they don’t disinfect the bowls or sanitize them after a client. her nail arts were very much off pinterest she didn’t do them herself and wants to charge you extra for simple stuff. i got a french tip it wasn’t centered it was messy it looked like a beginner did my nails. it bad service the lady is very loud my i’m very disappointed on my nails. i took them off and now my nails are damaged and hasn’t grown it ripped some of my actual nail off aswell. they asian man he’s i would recommend if you want a basic polish no nail arts.. respectfully to save your fingers i do not recommend.
