Hollywood Nails

My first time here, I absolutely loved my pedicure. The hot towels & massage with lotions were so nice. My daughter treated me here and I can't wait to take my husband here.

Staff was friendly and helpful we had four generations of daughters in to get nails done together and they got us each done perfectly! They were so friendly and welcoming had great conversation during the service. Definitely recommend Hollywood nails!

I do not like to complain but I have to say something. Hollywood Nails changed owner. John is on vacation so I had to schedule an appointment with the new owner. Terrible customer service. She rushed my manicure even though I was the only customer. My fingers are still inflamed from her roughness and actually cutting into my skin. I have antibiotic ointment on all my nail beds. Not just one but all my fingers still hurts. Its been 36 hours since my manicure. I don't want to go back again unless John is there!!!

Helen was amazing. She removed a hangnail painlessly during my pedicure. She was very attentive to my feet and then did an incredible job on my acrylics nails...I gave her a picture of the design I wanted and she replicated it perfectly. She was super friendly and continually checked with me on my comfort level. She did an amazing job and i highly recommend her for a mani or pedi!

I am new to the area and have gone to a few different nail salons in Reno and they’ve mostly been just okay. I found Hollywood Nails on Google and the reviews all said to go to Helen so I called an made an appointment. Previous reviews are true! Helen is great! She really pays attention to detail and did a fantastic job! I prefer my nails short and cuticles neat. The best gel mani I have ever had and the prices are fair. Excited to have a regular manicurist again.
