Hollywood Nails

I love this nail shop better than any one I have ever used. The people are awesome. This is a family owned and operated business. You can just feel a different service oriented vibe when having your nails done at this salon.

The problem with this salon is that there is just two people working there, a husband and wife and the husband is not too good at his craft. I have always, always made an appt. and even though their outside sign says “Walk Ins Welcome” most all are turned away. Occasionally, their sick mother-in-law does pedicures but they mostly seem to hate what they are doing and are just there for the money. Their sinks are dirty, too. Look behind, gross.

I am visiting the area and my nails were a mess. Last minute decided to stop in based on online reviews and I was not disappointed!! Joanne was friendly, quick, thorough, and did a fantastic job. I was able to walk right in -- great timing -- and my nails look terrific!!! Will definitely come back whenever I'm in the area.

Not the best experience at this nail salon. I went in for a pedicure, and the technician who worked on me was clearly sick and kept wiping his nose on his forearm. Even though he was wearing gloves, it was uncomfortable and honestly unhygienic—I kept worrying he might touch me with his arm. On top of that, the pedicure was poorly done, and even the other staff seemed to notice. When I spoke up, one of the ladies immediately stepped in and fixed the botched job, which I appreciate. It felt like they were hoping I wouldn’t say anything, but at least they corrected it. I respect working through illness, but in this case, it would have been better to stay home for everyone’s comfort and health.

I’ve been to several nail salons in the area and this is by far the best one. The nail technicians are very attentive and friendly. They made sure my nails came out exactly how I wanted throughout the process. I rarely write reviews but this place was exceptional.
