Hollywood Nails

4/30/24 the review I left before is under this paragraph. Had to update and continue support! Absolutely love them! This place is amazing!!!! If you want to feel comfort and NOT like you’re at a fashion show and like people are judging you and talking about you, this is the ideal place! They are husband and wife and they do such an amazing job!! They are really sweet and their work is exemplary!! I will never go anywhere else! I’m very picky and I had my nails done only a few times in my life abcs never went back because I was either uncomfortable or the work was trash or both. Until we went here to get our daughters nails and feet done for grad night and prom and they drew Disney characters and everything by hand and OMG!! I have never seen it done that good! Only had my nails for five days before three of them broke off one by one by doing dishes and daily activities that would normally not affect nails when done properly I called this establishment and asked them what they could do they were very vague but suggested I come in but again vague on what they could do and when I called back to let them know that I would not be able to come in right away I had asked for even just a partial refund but the woman immediately shut me down and hung up on me. I’m very disappointed almost infuriated I only went five days with A complete set of nails I feel ripped off especially because I gave a $10 tip should Have read the reviews I guess

Do NOT go here! Walked in and there was only one person inside getting their nails done while the worker/ man was on his phone sitting down. He said they were “full” and wouldn’t be able to accommodate until Monday. I walked in on a Thursday. Looks like you need to book an appointment before coming in. This was my second time coming to this place the first time I just walked in and they took care of me. I wonder what changed! Looks like they are low on headcount and just rude. I liked them because their prices were good but I rather pay the extra bucks than get treated rudely.

Horrible I got acrylic french tip nails he decided to put regular nails instead and i told him to do almond shape he said no coffin would look better and manipulated me into getting a shape i didnt want and had a fit when I said I didn't ask for those other nails and he had to soak them off he made a second mistake by having his hair in one of them and his wife was telling him how horrible of a job he did and that she sees a hair in it and he was very agitated that I was coming there asking him to take it off for free for his second mistake 3rd mistake was him ripping off my natural nail down to one of my natural nail layers and when I was pointing it out He denied the mistake that I pointed out that 2 professional cosmetologists that went to cosmetology school also pointed out that the w

Very unwelcoming Environment when you walk through the door. The old man that sits at the front nail station has a nasty attitude. .These nail shops need to have a set price for fill-in, full sets, and pedicures and if it require additional work, then they can let us know higher price but to base a decision on how you look when you walk through the door is not State Board of cosmetology rules and regulations. I wish I was an inspector Not having a 24 inch price list posted is a fine this place issuch a turn off.
