Hollywood Nails

I went for wedding nails. The color I selected they the stated was not available. I wanted a design, the design did not show with the glitter color placed. My nail shape was not uniform. I had dip, polish, and guck left on my nails when I left. When I would state or ask for something to be adjusted they would get mad and not want to listen. My maid of honor got fake nails that they did not paint fully, left wavy, and didn’t touch cuticles. I would not go back again u fortunately. Especially for the price. I ended up having to go to another salon after to get my nails fixed.

Went in today to get my nails done. 5/5/18. And am not pleased with the result. They were kind of busy and I could tell they were trying to hurry along to get more customers in. I felt rushed and my nails turned out all different shapes. They don’t look well done. And I’m very displeased. The undersides of the nails are bulky and they look very fake. The guy doing my nails hurt me multiple times with the file and was very rough and didn’t seem to care. He didn’t converse with anyone but the other employees and didn’t ask me many questions on if it looked good or if I like them at all. I couldn’t say that i didn’t like it because of the atmosphere in the shop and the fact that I was being rushed. Terrible experience. I want my money back. Will never go there again. my mom went here to get her nails done and she asked for coffin shape this is not what she asked for. Plus she kept telling them, and all they did was get mad instead of fixing their mistakes. Highly do not recommend this place plus their prices are so high for their ugly work. plus they have roaches🤢 my mom paid 80 for these.

My mom and I had the best experience with our pedicures! Lovely and friendly staff, patient with us and didn’t feel rushed. SO many colors! Plus the best massage!!
