Hollywood Nails and Spa

Came in on Tuesday to get a pedicure, no appointment and there was no one waiting. Inside 2 nail artists were at the door in which appeared they were waiting for customers. My friend and I told them what service we wanted, and we picked out our colors, and they showed us to our seats. The service was enjoyable until we were sitting at the dryer, waiting for our toes to dry when they asked us to cash out but shortly later turned off the lights signaling it was time to go, it was 6:21, the sign said they closed at 7. I made the the comment, " you don't have to go home, but you gotta get the hell up out of here", and giggled, but I was not happy. Scheduled mani and pedi for my 7 year old daughter and I got a full set and pedi. My daughter had to wait by herself for almost 30 minutes to get serviced. Pedis felt rushed. Wax all over the floor and some of the spa basins. I never seen them clean them after being used and went right on to the next clients. I also saw them putting acrylics on clients at the pedicure chairs. When I asked if they did basic designs on nails at booking they said yes. When she sat down to do my full set after my pedi, she did not do the almond shape I asked for and they were really round so I had her square them up because I didn't like the shape they were. When I showed her the simple design I wanted on my nails she refused to do any designing and told me she was just going to paint them the same color as my

DO NOT GO HERE! Absolutely not - 0 stars - NO STARS. The man who did my nails did not let them cure properly. He painted 2 at a time and put them under the light. They didn’t sit long enough to cure. I got my nails done for a wedding, and at the wedding they were falling apart. It was so embarrassing. All of these photos are from the day after, this is supposed to be a gel manicure that lasts, okay yeah right. $50 for this shit - so I called they offered me 10% off the next service. Yeah right. I will never be back. Awful shop, do not waste your money here. Offering a complementary service would be the only way I’d set foot in here again but I couldn’t even trust that it would be worth my time. I am so disappointed.

My nails the next day not even 24 hours later! My daughter had dips and 3 fell off the next day! Total cost $120 for this mess! Never going back there again!

I absolutely love them! Tim was really great—he was friendly, skilled, and made sure my nails turned out beautifully. Both the manicure and pedicure were absolutely perfect, and he was especially precise and gentle with the pedicure. The experience was almost flawless, but I was a little disappointed when he wouldn’t clean up the nail polish that got on my skin, even when I asked. Overall, the quality of the nails is fantastic, and I’d still recommend Tim for his talent and professionalism. A bit more attention to detail would have made this a truly perfect experience, but I’d happily return. Thanks, Tim!
