Hollywood nails and spa

If I could give her negative stars I would, this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail place. My appointment was at 2 and she had told me over the phone that it’d take about 2.5 hours. I got there at 2. From 2-2:30, she took off the nails on my hands and got me soaking while I got a pedicure, okay that is fine. Then from 2:30-3:45, all she did was remove the gel off my feet and painted my nails because that’s her way of doing things. She paints the toes before getting to the actual pedicure part. Again, that is fine. But an hour and 15 mins to just remove the gel off my feet and paint them?? That is ridiculous, I was starting to get so anxious because I have a baby at home I need to get to. I told her to just skip the pedicure part of it and do my nails since they had bee

I’ve been going to Holly for a manicure for about a year now, and love her work! You show an image of what you want, and she’s a perfectionist at it. If she doesn’t feel it looks good, she will redo it! The spa is so relaxing and such a positive environment with Christian music, good vibes, and good conversation. She also makes natural made body lotions, lip balms, miracle balm, and beard oil. They are all wonderful and last longer on the skin than the store bought stuff. I highly recommend Holly, and yes she takes her time and expertise to satisfy all her clients. Holly has not only become my go to for a mani or pedi, but also a great friend! Definitely give her a try and support local!

I. Read the review by “Nikki” and must say I was very shocked at what she said. I’ve been going to Holly for over 3 years and have never had any problem. Many of my friends and family also go to her and we all have nothing but good experiences and good things to say about her and our experiences. I have been getting my nails done for years, trying out different salons. I did not like acrylics that ruined my nails and the dip was better, but always too thick and made it hard to pick things up. When Holly came to Kouts, I decided to try her. At first I wondered why she took longer to finish, but I discovered that her meticulous care of nails helped them stay healthier and the way she applied the dip made my nails feel normal. I could pick small things up again, like change or playing cards.

If I could give more stars, I would. She was awesome. Took her time and worked with me to help me get my nails healthy! Will definitely be back!

I’ve been going to Holly for about 3yrs. She has always been accommodating in scheduling me, always done a great job with my nails and now makes natural lotions and lip balm that I love!!! 💕 I love having her in our small town of Kouts!!
