Hollywood Eyebrow

I provided the reference of my eyebrows from last time and the person kept complaining about my eyebrows. She messed them up and said your eyebrows are the issue. It’s ok to mess up but to be rude about it is not nice. Terrible experience

Terrible customer service. The two workers are both rude. I was there 20 min before closing at 7:40 pm. I wanted to thread my whole face. The one lady told me that she can do my eyebrows only, then she also did my forehead too. They made me pay for the service ahead $18 for eyebrows because apparently they have to close the register. Then they are both chatting in another language sounding like they were arguing about something. While I am still in the chair she left me waiting. Once finished she asked me to pay another $8. Since they closed the register I had to give them cash. They said we can finish your face and you can pay the difference tomorrow. When I got there today during Lunch break she turned me away and said I am not going to help you. I cannot believe the rude Custer service

I would only recommend if you’re in need of a last minute cleanup and can’t get in somewhere else. They’re just not clean or sanitary here. The lady took me for my lip threading immediately after finishing another customer. She did not wipe down the chair, not did she wash her hands before starting my service. As soon as I sat in the chair I smelled a foul odor or urine and b.o. at the end, she gave me dollar store aloe Vera gel applied with a tissue. I was charged $12. Cheap and gross.

I have been to this place on and off. Today a girl named "Jessica" did my brow threading. She was not at all professional. She horribly screwed my eyebrows. Look at the right eye. She couldn't even apologize. i went there with full eyebrows and looks like she doesnt even know how to make eyebrows. How does management keep such people there? What customer service is this? i regret paying and getting ugly looking eyebrows there. Never going there again.

I came in with a full, bushy and thriving eyebrows I’ve been trying to grow and I left with half my eyebrows gone. Peep the before pictures of my brows and then look at how I left that place. They’re not even the same shape anymore, don’t go here if you want nice brows.
