Says they open at 9am on Saturday. I'm here, it's Saturday, its 9:10 am and I'm still sitting in my car with not an opener in sight. Unbelievably unprofessional for any store. Really unfortunate, I used to come here a lot. I left at 9:15am with the store still closed 🤷🏾‍♀️ Edit: reply to the owner- I am almost certain the day I was there both signs had the same times (otherwise I would've just waited until 930), but I can't clearly remember and the picture doesn't clearly show. Thank you for letting me know, I will visit at 930am in the near future.

Bought the bentonite clay I asked about as it was in glass case and not on floor shelves. Workers were very courteous. Price was good. 👍 will be back to shop again. Well organized and no pricing off the too of head to cheat customers. Sis shops here too. Thank you for great experience.👍👍

I have been coming here for years and the wigs are usually on point. But now the quality is low and the hair is very thin with no bounce. The manager Won wouldn't even listen to me when I asked for an exchange and that the hair was lifeless. He told me NO EXCHANGE and said next in line completely ignoring me and what I had to say. Complete lack of customer service. I will never come back to this store and it's 3 minutes from where I live. I rather drive the 10 miles to another store than to deal with this mess!!

amazing customer service, the people inside are very kind and helped me find what i needed. also they have everything i was looking for, i love it there
