He doesn’t have respect looks down on us as u can tell and is NEVER open on time ….

I have been to this particular store several times. Went there today after I got off work. As I approached the door, the owner literally runs and locks the door and turned the open sign light off and runs towards the back of the store.. Mind you, it's only 3:35 pm. Online it clearly states they close at 7:00 pm. Very unprofessional! I called and left him a message that he was rude and will never get my money again! Will buy from black owned business!

THE ASIAN WOMEN THAT WORKS THERE IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!! I COME THERE EVERY WEEKEND AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN HER I ALWAYS SEE A MAN WORKING AND HE IS VERY KIND TO ME, HE SAT THERE AND WATCHED…HOWEVER SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED I WILL NOT BE RETURNING UNTIL SHE IS GONE AND I FAITHFULLY COME THERE EVERY WEEKEND!! DO NOT SHOP HERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!

Came at 12:15PM with the open sign on but the door locked. After reading the reviews, I see why.

DO NOT SHOP HERE, THEY HAVE EXPIRED PRODUCTS. GOT HOME TOO OPEN PRODUCT TOO FIND OUT ITS EXPIRED... (Relaxer)and I have called 5 times with no answer. Waste of money. Package says 9/2021 it's 2023....
