I went there today and after spending tons of money on online sites and not getting what I wanted virgin, remy unprocessed hair on the weft. I was totally impressed the male gentlemen took his time. I bought two different types of curl pattern on the weft 3 bundles of each. He showed me a wig that would be the same. I was not trusting. One was wet and wavy. I went home and wet a part of the weft hair and it did exactly what he told me. I will only go to them going forward where you can touch it and feel it and have a knowledgeable person helping me. I can’t wait to have it install. I am a seamstress and I can tell from the texture of hair it’s like fine silk but look authentic.

This is a really nice store where I got everything I needed at very good prices. The staff that attended to me was very helpful in finding some of the things I needed. She was very kind and welcoming.

I would not recommend this store to anyone. Since moving into a predominantly Black community, it’s clear they see us only as dollar signs rather than valued customers. The staff is consistently rude and inattentive, especially the younger man who works the register, whose attitude is dismissive and unprofessional. Unlike my experiences at Prince Beauty or K.C. across the street—where I’m always greeted respectfully and treated well—every visit here has been frustrating and unpleasant. It’s disappointing to see a business plant itself in our neighborhood yet show so little care, respect, or effort toward the people keeping them in business.

Very cheap products, very rude and unreasonable. I will never spend money with them again. Spent $18 on this product and the glue alone don’t even stick ! A complete waste of time and money !

I was wrongfully accused of stealing and threatened with the police. Even after the store reviewed the footage and saw that I hadn’t stolen anything, no apology was given. This store has shown racist behavior, and I wouldn’t recommend shopping here. Instead, support Prince Beauty Supply, where you’ll find better deals and a stronger commitment to caring for the community.
