We have been coming to Momma Sue shop since I was little. Momma Sue always made sure we had what we needed for our 4c type hair. I have two daughters and I tell them that Momma Sue is like their grandmother cause she watch us grow and took care of our hair. The only beauty store in the area who welcomes each and everyone of their customers. I've shopped here for years and each time I'm on the are I make it my business to stop in. The quality of products are nothing short of amazing. I love the variety of products. Customer service is great. Love the ladies here. Each and everyone of them.

This place had everything I needed and even stuff I didn't intend to get or thought would be in a beauty store. The workers there were very helpful and served us with a smile and a good attitude. Although several questions were asked by my friend, the cashier never acted negative nor annoyed. She answered each time with no negative vibes or tone.

I went into the store today to buy an emergency wig after trying on and picking out one that they didn't have in the color I wanted. The girl told me that I could not try on the next one I selected because it was lace front and people have been damaging the lace. I asked her if people buy wigs that can't try on she replied YES. Very Disappointing customer service
