Hollywood Beauty Eyebrow Threading

I’ve been going to the same nail tech for quite a while and she typically doesn’t recommend a lot of people unless they’re worth recommending especially to her own clientele. My nail tech had made a video on TikTok that blew up about this place and Recommending specifically Pooza. So I went to go check it out for myself and it was exactly how she described. The customer service was great. My eyebrows came out exactly the way that I wanted them. She was very sweet. It’s cause friendly and it was so quick. I was in and out of there within five minutes. I highly recommend it!

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience was really disappointing. I came in for an upper lip and brow threading service around 1:25 PM. I had originally planned to do a full face, but the energy was so off that I changed my mind. When I walked in, the woman at the front was watching a show on her phone and looked annoyed that I interrupted. She didn’t greet me—just told me to “sign in” without any direction. I felt like I was bothering her. Even after I signed in, she kept watching her show and crocheting until I asked where to sit. Before starting, she finally turned off the phone, but the cold attitude continued. During the service, she was noticeably rough, especially on my lip. I’ve been getting threaded for over 15 years, and I’ve never had a reaction like this.

I was driven to see Pooza at Hollywood Eyebrow Threading after watching an amazing TikTok review praising her personality and her work, and I can honestly say it was 100% accurate and then some. Pooza has such a warm, welcoming personality and she is extremely good at what she does. She took her time, listened to exactly what I wanted, and my eyebrows came out perfect. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and her craft. I’ll definitely be coming back to her and recommending her to everyone.

Walked in and was welcomed immediately - waited like 10 seconds to get seated. She asked how I wanted my eyebrows , she listened and she ATE . She was super friendly , super funny , super quick, super gentle, the list goes on. Pooja is my new eyebrow girl tyy!

Love it here been going almost a year my eyebrows look perfect everytime I walk out with a smile on my face knowing I look good 🤏 the ladies are always so sweet and kind to me and I walk in and out very fast process for only $12!
