Holly’s Hair & Nail Salon

I love coming here, I have been coming here since I was a little girl for my hair cuts ! I love getting my nails done all the lady’s here are so nice !!! They never fail in making me walk out happy with my nails!!!

Went to get my nails done here today. I asked for acrylic nails, coffin, matte black. I've had this style done somewhere else and it turned out looking really cool. It was my first time at Holly's, I thought I'd give them a shot because they didn't look too busy. When the nail technician finished, my nails looked really bad! I immediately let her know this. The shape was not coffin at all but more of a boxy shape. The nails themselves were lumpy and looked as if a 10 year old had done them. I think my 12 year old could of done a better job. I showed her what was wrong with my nails and she looked irritated. She said she would give me a $5 discount so I accepted it. I paid cash and went home. When I got home I washed my hands and the gel nail polish started to get all lumpy, bubbling up. I

I have only come here twice and both times they have taken off my acrylic nails when I asked for a fill. They took off the nails then started painting over my own nails. Both times I had to stop them to make sure they add my acrylic back. Seems as if they do not know what a fill is or they are doing this on purpose to charge for a full set. They indeed did charge for a full set so most likely they are doing this on purpose to get more money. I will not be coming back here ever again.

Do not let them touch your hair! Charged me160.00 to destroy my hair totally fried it!! Then has the nerve to charge me more for a treatment total was 175.00 I did not notice how bad my hair was damaged until I was on my way home when it was drying.. I called her and drove back and showed her all she said was” it’s your hair nothing we can do’. And offered me same treatment I just paid to take home with me! She should of given at least partial refund if not all she totally ruined my hair 💔
