Holly has truly been life changing for me! I’ve dealt with chronic neck and mid-lower back pain for years as a result of intense exercise and a bad fall while pregnant. In late 2022, I was having trouble sleeping, working out, and standing/sitting for long periods of time, and it was taking a toll. I felt like I tried everything - chiropractic care, electro stim, dry needling, physical therapy, you name it. Nothing gave me the relief I was looking for. A friend gave me a gift card to see Holly because he just knew it would help me. I remember one day sitting in my car at the gym and feeling pretty defeated - I called Holly and left her a message, essentially begging her to see me. My first appointment was December 20, 2022 and, while the treatment was intense and not the massage I expected

Holly has been a game changer in my life. I see her once a month and the difference in how I feel for the following weeks until my next appointment is meaningful. I've had lower back, hip and shoulder issues for several years and whatever she works on feels better and allows me to continue to exercise and play golf pain free. Would recommend her to anyone that wants to feel better.

She explains what issues she finds in my body - are they getting better or needs more attention. She’s a tremendous help as I work through past and current emotional and physical trauma.

Holly is the best and only masseuse I go to! She knows where to get to work to alleviate your pain and stress and is very professional. Whether it’s cupping, gua sha, acupressure or a massage, she knows what tools to use to make you feel better. I can’t get a massage from anyone else now and feel satisfied… she’s that good!
