Elisesha has been phenomenal to work with throughout my whole rental process. She accommodated mine and my partner’s schedules, meeting with us when it was best for both of us. She has answered any and all questions we have had. When it came to looking at our apartment before and after signing the lease, she walked us through the entire space to make sure it was up to our standards. Rented an office space from them in the "Professional" Center. Wanted to get a local internet provider that supplied affordable internet for businesses, as everyone else charges an arm and a leg. The landlord refused to let me acquire said internet because they must install a 10"×15" dish on the roof (non-penetrating). It could've been hid behind one of the 6 huge A/C units on the roof. I cannot work out of my office because I cannot afford the rip off of other internet providers. Holliday Real Estate could care less, they just want their money instead of helping a small business....

Stay away! These apartments are poorly built, poorly maintained, and management does not care! I have lived in apartments in both Maryland and Pennsylvania over the past 5 years and this is by far the worst place I have ever lived. You will never have peace and quiet living here! It is understandable to have some noise living in apartments but the noise at these apartments are unbearable! They DO allow children\babies despite what you are told which both are loud by nature, then on top of having poorly built walls\sound barrier. Forget it, you will never rest living here! I had to move into the guest bedroom because my neighbors have an infant and I couldn't sleep at all in the master bedroom which is right beside their room. You can always hear doors slamming, people talking, I can hear

Ive never seen a company have a bunch of professionals do a ton of work and then 1 day before the jobs complete you tell them to stop and then dont pay them....thats ABSOLUTLEY HORRIFIC. $10,000 out of my mans pocket to build YOUR houses and pay his guys. You should be ashamed of yourself. Theres NOTHING professional about you or your business!!!! UNREAL
