Holistic Therapy Center of Georgia

In August 2016, I purchased a massage for my fiance. She scheduled an appointment for later in the month. On the day of the appointment, she received an email indicating that the therapist was ill and needed the cancel. That's certainly understandable about the being sick part. However, there was no indication of a reschedule. So my fiance waited to see if and how long they would reach out to reschedule. No one ever contacted her, so she took it upon herself to reschedule. So now on the the new date she receives another email indicating that the owner was having issues with the landlord and offered her to come to her home to do the massage. How unprofessional!!! We immediately cancelled and asked for a refund. The owner keeps coming up with different excuses and is taking forever to ref

I went and seen Daye. It was specified in the confirmation email that she would be working from her home, but I ended up going to the office because I didn't read the entire email. I couldn't find the office (I was in the right place).. so of course I called her and ended up heading to her house. She was super sweet and definitely knew what she was doing. She did neuromuscular therapy on me. However, I went to her house, located in Roswell Creek (right behind where the office says it is), and it wasn't the cleanest or most inviting. And she had a dog. She did GREAT on me but personally if I had clients coming to my house I would turn the living room to a massage oasis, lit a candle and some air fresheners or something. Just my opinion. It would have been that much better.

I am here but this center is so unresponsive and they don’t answer phone and after 3 months I couldn’t even make an appointment and I just lost my money and waste my time. I strongly recommend no one pay anything because it’s fraud.
