I’ve been coming to this salon for over a year and have never had any complaints—until now. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was incredibly disappointing and upsetting. I got a fresh set of acrylic nails done on Thursday, and by Saturday (just two days later), they were chipped, broken, and the color was peeling. This has never happened before, and it's definitely not the standard I’m used to here. I went back hoping to have them fixed or redone, but instead of receiving the care or customer service I expected, I was treated very poorly by the owner, Tony. He refused to redo the full set and instead only offered a partial fix, blaming me for the condition of the nails. This spa is worth a try. The staff is super friendly and they take their time with you. Not like other spa i have been to where they look to get you in an out in a hurry. Yen was my technician and she did an amazing job. I have ugly hands and i bite my nails, she made me feel so relaxed when she did my pedi and when she did my hands she took her time and i felt so comfortable.

I came in to kill time before an appointment. The space was very dirty and in dire need of basic cosmetic updates. This did not give me confidence in the cleanliness of the tools that we're about to be used on me. I requested a pedicure, and while the service itself was fine, the setup left a lot to be desired. My chair had no massage feature, and I was seated right next to a floor drain with a rancid, sewage-like odor coming from it. Since I was the only customer there right at opening, I don’t understand why I wasn’t seated farther away from that unpleasant smell. It made the whole appointment uncomfortable, as I found myself holding my breath. Overall, while the pedicure itself was adequate, the environment was not inviting. I will not be returning.

Visiting Boca from Venice during hurricane Milton and came in for a mani-pedi. So glad to have found Alex!! He was very friendly and did an awesome job!! Great massage, attention to details with the cuticles and meticulous with the polishing. I’ll be back next time I visit my brother. Highly recommend!
