I have had two sessions with Alex so far and the pain in my knee has significantly improved. We are working on my range of motion using correct posture and alignment. Alex is like having your own personal physical therapist who works with you 1-on-1 for 90 minutes to 2 hours! I had a bad fall and was in constant pain. I had tried “everything” to help alleviate the pain and help me to heal. I finally found Alex through another Massage Therapist and boy am I glad she shared him with me☺️ He even recommended a particular style of walking/running shoe for my foot type to help support my posture & balance from the feet up. He’s intuitive, strong, and gentle…the perfect trifecta.
