Jen is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and takes her time to understand specifically what you need as an individual client. I live with a couple of autoimmune conditions and she knew just what to do to relieve these as well as some of the more typical issues I came in for. She is incredibly kind and funny, too. A true talent, you won’t regret booking with her!

I had a really good massage session. The room was clean, quiet and relaxing. Jenn (therapist) was very kind. She asked where I felt tense and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The massage helped my body feel much better and took away a lot of stress. I left feeling calm, happy, and refreshed.

Besides an amazing massage, Jen offers many other wellness modalities. I have been taking classes in Yoga Nidra ( meditation) and stretching. For $30, you can take an unlimited amount of classes each month. They have been very helpful to me physically and emotionally. I can't recommend Jen more highly. Her space in Brush is beautiful and healing. Check it out!

Seriously the best!! Jen is so professional! The space is clean and calm. Jen tailors treatments to your needs and provides education for stretches and other things to do to improve health between appointments! The new bamboo massages are 🤌🏻🤌🏻! Overall such an amazing experience and I will continue to go to her!

I've had 3 massages by Jen, and every single one was outstanding! I've never gotten a massage by anyone who is as knowledgeable about the human body as she is. She really takes the time to understand everything going on with your BEFORE hopping on the table. Then she checks in with you during the massage to make sure everything is good and adjusts accordingly if necessary. The last 2 times, I've had the bamboo massage. Wow. Warm bamboo sticks are used instead of her hands and can really get the kinks worked out. Plus, the heat really helps to loosen everything up. I highly recommend this type of massage to anyone. Plus, right now, it's dirt cheap...like $68 for 2 hours. The price is going up in December, rightfully so. You can also add on 30 minutes of energy work or reflexology or a coup
