I recently received an AMAZING massage with Kevin. He knew where to concentrate and how to alleviate some of my aches and tension. It was a highly therapeutic massage that had me feeling a lot looser after a couple of days. In addition, I work out with Kevin 5 mornings a week. I credit him for helping me get into the routine of strength training and actually liking it. He keeps it light and fun, especially with great music choices, so I never dread my workouts. He also varies the workouts so I’m never bored. He watches, even over zoom, to help with motivation and form and offers recordings in case I cannot make a live class. Overall, Kevin is THE BEST for helping with overall wellness!!

Kevin is amazing and I would recommend him to anyone who has injuries preventing them from doing the things they enjoy! I hurt my shoulder and had to stop playing racquetball and working out. After trying several kinds of unsuccessful therapies, I went to Kevin and after only a few sessions I felt so much better and was able to get back to the gym!

Kevin is the best of the best. As a pediatric physical therapist I put a lot of strain on my body and seeing Kevin for a deep tissue massage monthly helps me do my job without injury.
