I was referred by a friend & now I’m a customer for life. I was very nervous about getting lash extensions at first after all the stories you hear but Jen is truly amazing! She will give you a consult and tell you what’s best for your eye shape. I like how she took her time and explained the process with me. You will love your lashes. This place is very clean and modern. She also has a great receptionist, which is always friendly & professional. You will not regret going to this hidden gem!

I have been going to Holistic Beauty Spa for about 2 years now. I ALWAYS come to Jen for my lashes and I have never been disappointed! If there is EVER an issue all I have to do is call and she fixes it for me! I will never allow ANYONE else at any other establishment to touch my eyes/lashes. Holistic Beauty Spa is CLEAN and Jen KNOWS HER STUFF!

I just had my lashes done with Jen and let me tell you how happy I am. I got the natural lash and they look great! I like her professionalism and how she informs you of everything shes doing as well as how to take care of your lashes. Cant wait to go back since they have facials and massages. A lil gem in the BX!!

I go for lash extensions. I have always been treated nicely and I never have to wait past my appointment time. The facility is clean and comfortable. The price for lashes is about average. I like to have the trainer set installed. I will be returning to have a full set installed in the future.

When I lived in NY I used to go and get facials for my stubborn acne. I noticed improvements after just a few weeks and was so happy. The facials themselves are very relaxing. Jen is very knowledgeable in her craft. When I visit NY again, best believe I will be booking an appointment!!
