The stylist did not listen to what we wanted. She badly and unevenly used the clippers on hair my daughter had said she was growing out. So now not only is her hair too short on one side, it's not even or blended. We were also charged for an adult haircut. The stylist seemed confused from the very beginning of our appointment and didn't ask for clarification before cutting.
