Holiday Hair

Our stylist had no clue what she was doing with my kids. With my son, who got his hair cut first, it was at least understandable. She was moving too slow and was lacking confidence, things that a kid will pick up on and will wriggle even more (because every kid wriggles to begin with). I get, too, that we couldn’t do the inspo photo I brought because he was too wriggly, but the manager had to step in and finish the cut because the stylist was unsure of herself. That’s forgivable and I get it. With my daughter, who went second, she asked for a trim— maybe an inch or 2 off because it was too long and hitting her butt. Well, the stylist kept cutting at an angle. And her hair kept ending up shorter on the side she was cutting from. And she kept cutting to “even it out” and made it worse. Eve

I get my eyebrows waxed 1-2 times a month never had an issue prior to this. There was a meeting with the “territory manager” or some type of HR meeting that I could hear the entire time, as could my stylist who was more concerned with listening to that than paying attention. She took my entire eyebrow off then asked “how can I fix this?” I know people make mistakes, but this is beyond unacceptable. If an HR meeting is going to take place, have it be elsewhere that staff are not worried about listening. This is a failure that goes above the store.

Ethel was fun and listened to everything asked for, made the experience fun for sure. Even suggested something new that I may take her up on just because she was so friendly and personable. Brows on point and my simple haircut still made me feel brand new.

Emma did an amazing job on my haircut and color! I wanted a change, and it all turned out perfectly!

Our stylist did a wonderful job. Cut even shorter after my daughter decided to go shorter yet. Very patient.
