Holiday Hair

I asked for medium length layers and a trim. It was styled, so I couldn't tell how bad it was until I washed it again. The layers are extremely choppy and even the ends aren't totally even because the layers were cut in chunks. I'm not even sure if blending them would be enough to fix it

Prescheduled appointment online. Arrived 15mins. Early. Did not recieve what I had ask for. Far from it! Presented a photo to they stylist as to what my goal style was I currently had a wild overgrown pixie ( I have very thick course hair. This is the picture I presented. The second picture is the stylist take on that same hair style. I am very disappointed to say the least.

Im giving 4 out of 5. Everyone there was pleasant and nice. The young girl that did my hair didnt do to shabby on my hair. We talked about alot of stuff during the process. I went in to get rid of my copper. I was over it and wanted to go back to highlights. I asked I think she was the head stylist what would she recommend cus i showed some pics but also explained I'll most likely go lighter again and we came up with a plan. She let this young high-school almost graduate stylist do my hair. Which to be honest I was kinda leery cus she is basically still pretty wet behind the ears. And i get its a learning process for her. She didnt do to bad with the color part. The only complaint I have is my hair in uneven from a trim which I'll call tomorrow and see about fixing it.

I absolutely adore Tracy she is the only hair stylist I trust to do my hair and my eyebrows I love her so much. I got my hair colored today to be a very dark red that only shows in sunlight and she gave me exactly what I want. She’s absolutely amazing! I also got my eyebrows waxed and she does such a great job at paying attention to detail. The price was absolutely worth it!

Very good! They where very kind, friendly, and understanding! I explained I'm autistic and so I may be a bit different in movement and how I act. They accommodated me amazingly! I got my hair dyed Ginger with a bit of a trim! I love it!
