Holiday Hair

The service was great and the staff were very friendly. However, I am very disappointed with my haircut. I decided to take a risk and try a style I have never had before. I showed an inspiration photo and explained that I wanted my hair cut slightly below shoulder length. During the haircut, I was not asked to confirm whether the length was acceptable, and I had to speak up myself. I was then told they were just going to straighten it out. Unfortunately, the final result is far shorter than what I requested and is now essentially a bob. I had more than 8 inches of hair cut off, so this change was already a big adjustment for me. The first 4 pictures are what I paid 188.00 for 20$ was a tip maybe 25-30$ on the hair shampoo and conditioner and the 140 something the last three are what my hair was before which was a lot better because what I had gone into get done to my hair was a simple cut and black cherry color. I did not get anything close to black cherry my hair is almost orangey with tints of blond. I love AJ but this work I would never recommend to anyone I have spoke with the manager Brenda who wanted me to come in to see it in person after having sent several pictures to AJ and him saying he never has seen this in his 5 years plus in this industry and he didn’t know what to do so his manager would contact me she did and I couldn’t make it in the shop yesterday as I work as a shift lead at my store and was ca

My Nana brought me in. I'm five years old. My hair was in my eyes and just too long. I like horses! Judy cut my hair so fast and it tickled a little bit. It was just the right length. I will never go there again. $37 for a haircut and she didn’t even wash it. I was in the chair approximately 10 minutes. She has a “master stylist “ sign on her mirror and she’s not even close to that. If you claim to be a master stylist you should be able to do anything I ask for. Her response was “Oh I don’t do anything with razors.” Then go back to cosmetology school because I just paid a lot of money for a shitty haircut. I’ll stick to Walmart. Much better stylists!
