HOLIDAY HAIR

I went in to get a trim and partial highlights I have simple natural hair. They cut a lot more off than I wanted but I let that go she told me on the phone it was 55 for partial highlights and did not mention there would be cost for toner cause I do not know this stuff. I’ve never had my hair done before I was so excited. I walked out owing 154 and then I tipped her cause i did not see the mistakes she made. She said girl it’s 2026 part your hair this way so I did not see her mistakes until i went home and looked at it. I went back today wanting a refund and they only wanted to refund me 55 dollars. Absolutely not look at this mess. On the phone she said she will do more highlights to fix it and didn’t see that fixing this. I get there and said she will just put brown on the spots. My hair

Our 1st time at Holiday Hair, we were pleasantly surprised. I have lived in the area for 10 years and did not realize this place existed. Our stylist was Tasha (sp?) and she was amazing with my son. He is 13 with curly hair (biracial) and she took the time to explain to him how to properly care for his curls. I would 100% recommend her. We will definitely be regulars.

We just moved to Ohio and needed to establish with a salon. I scheduled an appointment for myself and my daughter for a simple cut. I asked for a trim and to reshape my layers to remove bulk. I walked into the salon with long layers and walked out with VERY short, uneven layers and more layers than what I asked for. My daughter’s haircut was worse than mine. My daughter asked for 1 1/2 - 2 inches to be removed and long layers. JOY cut off at least 3 inches and gave her extremely uneven layers. Attached photos will speak for themselves. What we asked for and what we got! Very disappointed. We had to go home and take her hair out. The stylist had no idea what she was doing. When checking out I purposely did not add a tip. The stylist added a $15 tip to my charge after I left. I absolutely will never recommend this place!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ITS BEEN OVER A WEEK!! No response when I reached out to them. Obviously they are not interested in making things right!! THIS PLACE IS A DISASTER

Tasha cut my hair today and did an AMAZING job. My hair isn’t in the best condition so I was nervous but she nailed it. Great experience all around!
