Holiday Hair

My niece went in to get her hair highlighted with a slight root color left. The first stylist turned her hair orange on the roots. The manager did not charge her and said she would fix it. She then colored her hair all over and then highlighted it with what I can assume a SLIGHT root color left. This is how it ended up. She was going to charge her for this This is the manager. Now, I should add that she was the only person working at the time and within 5 min of me meeting my niece near the end of her procedure, there was a lady in her chair who got mad and got up and left without paying. So my theory was she was going to make my niece pay for her other stylist screw up to cover the cost of the lady who walked out the door. A good experience overall. Honestly, if I could pay the girl who washed my hair to wash my hair every day I would. It was like a spa session. Things got a little tricky with my bangs, but what I really appreciated and I feel like doesn’t always happen is just a stylist asking someone for help when they are in need. It was a quick fix and I am very happy.
