Holding Balance Healing

Stacie is an incredible healer. The energy work she did with me was facilitating. She was just what I needed. 2 hours of bliss and spiritual connection. Looking forward to seeing her again and I recommend her to everyone. She’s a gift to the universe!

Let me begin by saying that I’ve never had a massage or anything similar prior to seeing Stacie. I came to her with acute, localized pain. After an hour with Stacie, I feel like a new person. Getting to know Stacie and her work during the session was icing on the cake. I would highly recommend anyone (and, really, everyone) pay her a visit.

I visited Holding Balance Massage for a 90 minute massage with Polarity. I had never done a Polarity session before, but it was incredible in combination with the massage. (I have a feeling it’s unique for each person, so I highly recommend you try for yourself!) Stacie was very intuitive. She found spots that I didn’t even know needed her attention. Also, she can be gentle or go deeper, depending on your needs, and she’s great at checking in with you during the session. I walked out feeling relaxed and energized and she gave me some great tips to work on my problem areas in between sessions. Stacie also took a few minutes to debrief with me after the session, which I really appreciated as someone new to Polarity and to her as a client. I definitely plan to become one of her regula

A couple years ago I was a passenger in a head-on car collision with an impact of over 100mph. Saved by the seat belt and air bag, I stumbled away with several rib fractures, a broken sternum, a compression fracture in my neck, a concussion and anxiety throughout my body. As someone who is very sensitive to touch, Stacie was able to provide a massage where I was able to receive touch without triggering a visceral response that has prevented me from seeing massage therapists in the past. She is able to take your expectations from a session and go above and beyond by providing a meditative experience that is both healing and invigorating.
