Hein is incredible!!! She saved my arm with a severe case of tennis elbow. I’m forever grateful. She’s got a lifelong customer now. I’ve done all the physical therapy, sports medicine, acupuncture, massage, cupping you can think of! She really understands anatomy and makes a huge difference. If you have some sort of injury, try her first!

This place is located in an unassuming small strip mall near Harts Run Road and Saxonburgh Boulevard in Glenshaw, PA. The name of the place on the door is actually Pilates Vitality Studio and Wellness Center, so it's a little confusing. I am visiting and desperately needed a massage as I was very tight in my neck and shoulders. The Combo massage is well worth the splurge, as Hein uses a variety of advanced techniques. I am sometimes leery of female massage therapist, not because they are female, but because they sometimes can't or won't go deep enough to help. This is NOT a problem with Hein! She can go as deep as needed. She REALLY knows her stuff including the anatomy, which techniquest to use and how hard to go, and is very good at explaining what she is doing and why, and giving exerci

Hien is a medical-based massage therapist who is absolutely excellent. Highly recommend.
