HL Serenity Spa & Body Massage

The massage was great but the owner(?) was very rude and pushy. I added a $10 tip for a $70 1 hr full body massage and she demanded more and said it needed to be at least $20. I said $10 is fine and walked out. Rude, greedy and entitled. Find some where else for your hard earned money to be spent.

I really gave them an honest chance and didnt want to believe the other reviews. The services provided, was great! Loved my facial and massage. However, when it came time to check out. They shorted my change. I was suppose to receive $20 back but only was handed $11. Then I gave her the remainder of the $11 plus extra $5- and then was questioned. I was pretty much told "thats all your going to give?" I was taken aback. Unsure if I will return.

Where do I begin… My boyfriend took me here for my birthday today for a 60 min hot stone couples massage. The massages were nice but the experience was horrible (& they did not have hot stones). First off it was very cold in the room (no heat), the walls were thin so we can hear other customers come in & the workers chat (not relaxing at all), then when I peeked over at my boyfriend I realized they had opened the door & left it open (i had to ask them to close it). All of this would of been left unsaid had it not been for Julie, probably the owner, to demand $10 per person tip. We were going to tip $10 originally to be nice since we didn’t even enjoy the experience. like come on why was the door open?! When I gave Julie a $20 bill & asked for $10 change back she said no $10 min per person

So glad I found this hidden gem. Decided to treat myself on Mother’s Day last minute. 60 minute massage and literally the best one I’ve ever had. The room was set in a great, relaxing tone. The music was perfectly calming. The massage therapist(Lisa) did an amazing job. No complaints at all!! In fact, I can’t wait to go back!
