HL nails !!! Omg Linh is amazing!! I was referred to her 7 years ago and let me tell you I’ve followed her everywhere. I am particular and picky with my nails and anything dealing with my appearance. To this day she never disappoints. Her staff is very professional and friendly. Anything in terms of design she can do. I recommend her 100%. I have a highlight section dedicated to her on my social media page, that’s how good she is. If you are looking for a spa experience, where you can also get amazing service and flawless nails, look no further HL nails is that place. You won’t be disappointed.

Unapologetic unprofessionalism and implicit bias is what I experienced at this nail salon. 1st this owner is a former employee of New Look Nails about 2 blocks away. They were recommended by hair salon owner. I stopped by the day before to make an appointment. My appointment was 1045a, I arrived at 1015am but wasn't seen until 1115am. I had a previous engagement so I had to leave & come back. When I did return the owner quoted me an additional price & refused to finish my Nails the way we discussed the day before. If you value your time & professionalism, don't go to this place.

Would give it 0 stars if I can. Very unorganized!! Even after calling to make an appointment I still have to wait almost 2 hours! I called to make an appointment for 5:30pm on a Friday I was told “I can’t get my nails done, only toes” but when I came in 2 other people walked in and was able to get their nails done without making an appointment. This is like the 3rd time I’ve came to this nail salon and EVERY SINGLE TIME I GET UPSET!! I never leave satisfied! I waisted so much of my time! And they move like snails

I always look forward to getting my nails done because I know I'll be satisfied. Lynn is very cooperative in having your vision come to life and I can't ask for much more. I also love that the appt you make is the appt you get. So happy that I found her. 🥳
