HL Med Spa

I'm absolutely obsessed with HL Medspa! I've been going there for months now, and I can't say enough good things about the staff and services. From the moment I walk in, I'm greeted with warm smiles and a calming atmosphere. The aestheticians are super knowledgeable and always take the time to explain what they're doing, which makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I've tried their laser treatments, facials, and so much more, and every single experience has been top-notch. The facilities are also stunning - modern, clean, and so Instagrammable. I've already recommended HL Medspa to all my friends and family, and I'll continue to sing their praises until everyone is in the know. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give them ten stars if I could!

I had a great experience here in the beginning, which is why I became a member. However, over time, the level of customer service noticeably declined. During my most recent visit, I was left in the treatment room with numbing cream on for over an hour without anyone checking on me. When I eventually stepped out, I found the laser technician chatting at the front desk. That felt extremely unprofessional and dismissive. As a paying member and frequent client, I expected better communication and attentiveness. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for others.

I have a membership and absolutely love coming here! Everyone is consistently kind and welcoming, and attentive. I’ve been coming here with my mom and sister, and they love this establishment as well. I’m almost always seen by Renata for Evolve treatments—she is incredibly warm, treats me like family, and is always prompt, professional, and attentive. She truly makes every visit a wonderful experience.

I used to get Botox at a clinic in Newark (I won’t mention the name), spending around $300 every three months for about 1 years. But I noticed the effects faded too quickly, especially on my forehead and around my eyes. Then I decided to try this clinic, and the difference has been incredible! It’s been six months since my last treatment, and the results are still amazing, natural, and long-lasting. The staff is professional, caring, and very welcoming. I highly recommend this place — finally found a clinic that uses real, high-quality products and delivers lasting results
