Tyrese was very gentle, kind, and courteous. Extremely respectful and made my sons experience the smotthest it has ever been compared to previous barber shops. Update: although he is very gentle on the 2-3 occasions I've used his services I've had to ask him to finish or remove some more hair. There were a few patches still left in place on both occasions.

Guy gets me in his chair and then his phone rings and he no longer can give me a hair cut, if you didnt really want to cut my hair could have just said so and not waisted either of our time and I could have made it to somewhere else. Bad customer service , must be why it was no wait time and no customers when everywhere else has a wait time .

My husband went for a hair-cut and told the barber a 1 on the sides and back, with finger length trim on the top, with the sides and back faded into the top. The barber literally took clippers and began to shave his hair off with a 1 from the top of his forehead and continued around his entire head giving him a complete shaved head. My husband also keeps his mustache longe intentionally and only trims his beard/mustache himself, but the barber began to trip his mustache without asking. Unsure if the barber did not hear his request, did not know how to do what he asked for, or did not care, but either way it was not at all what my husband asked for, and it is upsetting that he had to endure that. Honestly unprofessional, and will not be returning.
