Signed up to give basic membership a try for 6 months. Basically there is 3 membership "steps". I had the basic where you can only come in when someone else is at the shop for most of my tenure. I upgraded to keyholder and just never used it. The equipment is all over the place and the working space is very limited. The 3D prints are awful quality feel like plastic bottles. And it's in that part of Kensington. Nice community bogged down by clutter and location.

Unbelievable !! I had the best time with people I have never met before! I went in with my project and everyone was so welcoming. I didn't feel out of place. I got help for my project and learned some stuff. The folks there are very knowledgeable, a must see for yourself.

I love hive76 and the people there! They have helped me with some of my pet wearable fashion projects and without their help, I would have had a real hard time figuring out some of the problems. I own #DoggoneCouture and design for pets and their parents, its not every day that you can find a place that can help you with pet fashion electric projects. So much talent in a small hacker space! If you walk in with a project, someone will automatically ask you if you need help. I can't say enough about hive76! I also became a member to support them out of my gratitude for all the help that they give me and as I saw how they help others.

Very friendly community and management with the most accessible prices for a makerspace in the area. Suited best for hobbyists, people looking to learn, and folks looking for creative community.
